Service Process

     When you call or email C.B.L.C.M., you will have the option to schedule a free estimate for any work that you would like done. Based on the scope and type of work, you will receive a "good-faith" estimate of the cost of the goods or services you would like produced or performed. When you receive your estimate you will have the option to accept and sign for the work.

          All work is offered and performed in accordance to the best estimate, with the strictest possible adherence to schematics and designs. To ensure that each customer receives the best possible service and quality of goods, you will be asked to review and sign a disclosure with the understanding that 1)  all estimates are provided based on price of supplies at the time the estimate is drawn, 2) that you have reviewed and accepted any technical drawings, and 3) that if you place a change-order in the middle of a project, then you agree to pay any addition costs associated with the change you request.

     Prior to any work being performed, a deposit for the cost of materials is required. This allows the immediate purchase of materials in order to accurately reflect the materials cost in your estimate. Payment for labor is accepted at the completion of any work performed.

     C.B.L.C.M. provides quality work. Once your deposit is received, work will begin on your order for custom goods or services. 

     Quality is how C.B.L.C.M. stays in business. Even though it is monitored during a project, a final review is always made in order to guarantee the products provided. Once this review is completed, you will be asked to sign for the work, indicating that it has been performed in accordance with the agreed specifications.

     After work is completed to the required specification, you will receive an invoice derived from your approved estimate. Payment will is due at this time, and cash and checks are accepted.
